It's a great camera. I was Canon all the way but tried out the 50 and loved it. The shooting burst alone is worth it. 2 frames per second and it can shoot over 100 pics before you run out of buffer.
I think for the money it is the best camera on the market. If you are a real pro shooter I would get the D70.
