If unable to resole the matter with your merchant account bank...(the actual bank, not Card Services etc.) if the merchant account is in your name. there are other options that if you do it right won't cost you any out of pocket money.
depending on the number of chargebacks, gather them up (names and addresses of debtors)
go to the clerk of your local small claims court, and file.

I told the clerk that I could not afford the $34 filing fee (which was true). she had be complete a small card that basically stated that I requested the fees be waived, due to HARDSHIP.

Sometime ago, I did a few, and won default judgments in the 2 that did not get settled prior to court. I listed both cardholder and their bank as defendants.
The banks almost immediately within a week or so, contacted me, and reversed the chargeback.

The other two I sent to collections. Remember there are collection agencies who will take a attempt your bad debts. You don't have to be owed a million dollars to enlist the services of a collection agency. If they are by some slim chance able to collect, you'll only see pennies on the dollar.

I know the feeling, like someone betrayed you. This hit me real hard loosing the excited feeling that total strangers had joined my sites, just to be shot down 3 months later when that bright blue envelope arrives in the mail informing you somebody wanted their money back
