More for health reasons than for weight reasons, although I do hope to drop 5 lbs or so. Last week, I had an allergic reaction to some Chinese takeout and got sick from pretty much everything else I ate. I spent way too much of the last week in bed and feeling like crap.
So I went grocery shopping today and bought a bunch of all-natural and organic foods. I've vowed to lay off the takeout and crap food and starting to eat more healthy.
Tonights dinner was chicken strips with mushrooms, broccoli, celery, tomatoes, peppers, and carrots, all in a leek cream sauce. San Pelligrino water, and red wine. I actually cooked for a change, YAY!
