but i DO get pissed off when they DO LIST your country in the select area at the sign up form , encouraging you to sign up , send traffic and then send you to their banned list when they owe you cash .

they do have 'prohibited countries' link near the country selction but still , why the heck would they list banned countries at the selected area of ths signup form , when they dont intend to pay them anyways ?
If anyone has anything else in mind except trying to scam the webmasters from these countries then he should change his biz right away .
