I've seen a lot of LLs and TGPs not accepting submissions from people using Cogent bandwidth - one of the suppliers that Rackshack uses.
If you're on the unlimited BW plan at RS, you're on Cogent. If you're not, you're on a different provider - most likely Verio.

Here's my question - are you on a 400GB/mo plan or an unlimited plan?

Btw, as a web host and an adult webmaster, I kinda agree with blocking people using Cogent, for a lot of reasons. Latency, proliferation of cheaters because it's so damn cheap, and overall devaluation of the industry because it lowers the bar of entry so far that people don't have to worry about learning how to do things correctly before risking their house and home burning bandwidth - they just go ahead and make 50-pic hardcore galleries with no selling ability and continue to do so... and cause the rest of us to have lower conversions.
That doesn't even touch the reasons I agree with it as a web host.
