The reason I am posting it here, is because I think there is something wrong with the idea of blanket blacklisting.

I don't even think it works. It just means that this guy finds another host, gets himself some new domains, and starts all over again. While the rest of the honest submitters get blackballed through no fault of there own, and have to find new hosts.

I don't think that does anyone any good. Plus, it's not as though Rackshack is 'in league with the enemy on this'; they dislike spammers, and folk who cause them grief as much as anyone. It's just that they are massive, and host so many people that the odd bad seed will inevitably sprout up every now and then. I would be interested to know how many folk in here host with them. Quite alot I suspect. Who if tgps blanket ban can't submit.

Don't get me wrong, I have no time for this scuzzball, but taring everyone with the same brush just gets everybody dirty; and I don't think it achieves the aim, which is after all to get rid of this clown.

I don't envy TGPs their cheaters, but cracking a walnut with a sledgehammer can't be the answer.
