Once I lost out on a really major link trade. I emailed the guy saying I had his link up already... but although I had put it into the HTML, I had forgotten to upload the page.

That was with, I think, WorldSex, AL4A or Ampland back around 1999.

He decided I was a cheater and that was it for that. God dammit.
