You're taking legal advice from the gas station attendant? Or through the gas station guy from the judge?
I learned the hard way about that kind of thing... When I split up with my ex-wife, I got some bad advice from a lawyer's secretary (through a family member) and lost custody of my son.
Pay for a lawyer or take the pictures down.
