It's not the cops, they could give a shit. It's the fact that they had someone complain so they have to do something. When you have some irate neighbor call in screaming about there right to peace and quite they have to go out and do there job. Do you think any cop would actually get out of his car and make contact over a barking dog just for fucks sake? Hell no.
