I would go to the Netherlands. It seems very few things would be considered "obscene" there. You can smoke weed, watch live sex shows, and pay for sex. I believe beastiality, scat, and same-sex marriages are also legal there. God bless those crazy dutch fuckers and their complete lack of morals!
