That wouldn't help. They have called for the complete "Daras Islam", which is return of all the lands that Islam once ruled, including Spain and India.
Basically the extreme Islamo-Facists want a world wide conflict with the rest of the planet, which they beleive that they will win, and then the whole planet will be one Islamic theocracy.
