I got this same error yesterday. I have had convo with the gentleman from freepicseries and at first he stated the ban would only be a few days, then stated it will not be lifted, when I asked about getting partner submitter status, he said he charged for partner status on his TGP.
Not sure why they wouldn't just find the IP addresses from Rackshack support that this customer owns, I am sure Rackshack would give them that data to block instead of enitre subnets.
HOWEVER, from the Pink World standpoint this TGP is offering to still accept submissions to their TGP via another method which I think is great. Good job Pink World!
