I've always used my coding and design skills for myself. But I saw an opening so I tackled it.

About 2 months ago I incorporated a mainstream media consulting company (mostly branding and design). brought in 2 people with me...doing very well. got into a very specific mainstream niche and it seems like everyones competitor is after me for work.

i'd like my people to start doing some adult design work for others on the side...but i'm afraid it might scare off my mainstream customers.

do i tackle the adult work under the same inc? do I do the work, bill them, and lose all association with that completed work? do i form a dba? or do I do some type of subsidiary?

experiences?
