Don't believe that is actionable on your part. You can sue if you want, but the case isn't going anywhere. That is my lay opinion as I'm not a lawyer. Now she would have a better chance on her own.
As a competitor and the alleged fact that she was an ex girlfriend, so I can see where you might be pissed. So GFY might be the best place to air a grievance.

If you hated her, why did you date her for two whole years? Are you sure this is content theft? Maybe there is something in the mix you don't know about? Fairly serious accusation to accuse a competitor of content theft.
