which is it? was there a problem that NATS had getting correct rebill stats from CCBILL into NATS and when the program was alerted that NATS detected the problem they essentially said 'screw the affiliates, we didn't cause this, we're not telling the affiliates anything' OR............. did XclusiveCash jerryrig their install of NATS to shave rebills?
