Five years ago people wondered why the government didn't prevent 9/11. Since then people have questioned counter terrorism saying that no new attacks happened so obviously terrorism doesn't really exist. And now people are saying the recent foiled plot was staged by the government so the Republicans and Democrats can prove who is better and fight over congressional seats.
Does anyone not see the comedy in this?

Do you honestly think that the Bush and Blair governments have not exploited terrorism for political gain? Do you get your duct tape out when the alert level is raised?
