I don't know about you all, but letting some 3rd party company have access to my CCBill admin would bother me greatly.

Don't be so quick to make assumptions.
We did not access the CCBill admin. It was brought to our attention by someone that there was a lot of talk of something going on and we logged into the NATS admin to take a look at the CCBill polling data. The number of rebills was completely out of proportion to other time periods and the number of sales. This caused us to contact N.R. media and the above followed.
