What a horrible job they are doing! I have tried renewing a several domains with great search position long in advance and it keeps failing. They keep telling me the domains have been registered and not to worry. Of course the day they do expire, the domains actually go down. I wrote them 10 support tickets 3 weeks before the domains expired telling them the renew was failing. They kept either writing generic or stupid answers to my question assuring me they would be renewed. What a bullshit piece of crap company.
