But I would personaly go for BMW 3xxx or even M3 (0-100 km/h in 5,2 sec).
Lexus IS300 and BMW3 are pretty similar, in fact Lexus is jap. copy of BMW.
And if you have a some more cash to spent (waste) then go for
BMW 645i (5,6 seconds for 0-100km/h)
