That was the main place I was talking about, lol. Especially around the Arc. The person who was driving lived there and drove in it every day and was used to it, but I was freaking out. Nothing but horn blowing, cussing, screaming and utter chaos. I kept yelling, "Are there NO traffic rules, lanes, or laws here!!" I would never drive there.
