12clicks, don't you think this leaves it wide open for any government/dictatorship to do what ever they want to the citizens?

Im not sure if you have read the constitution, but this country was founded on not trusted government. The constitution was setup to limit the Federal Government.

So how can the Gov. have this broad powers to just eaves drop on anyone they think is a terrorist?
