This is what I got from them last Wednesday. Haven't got the check yet but it should be here this week I guess. I usually get an email from them after I post about this problem.
Thanks for your patience. Regarding your returned GloBill check, we have resolved this matter with our bank and have dropped a replacement check in the mail today so you should be receiving it shortly. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience for this banking error. As a reminder, all checks after October 1st are drawn on our new banks and those will have no problems passing.
