Just by sending the originals does not negate his ability to prove the checks NSF'd...He has bank statements and can make photocopies of the checks themselves...Both would be legally binding...If Globill has reason to suspect fraud, they have a right to ask for the checks, even the originals...You are in a contract with Globill, but you also remember they are in contract with you as well...If you made the money, they have to pay you...Plain and simple.
