I have this new idea I'd like to develop, & I am 100% certain it is indeed new, however, certain promotional needs are required.

I am not going to get into any specifics here, nor via icq until I recieve back a signed NDA & NCA. Upon reciept of signed NDA & NCA I will remit proposal to you. If you accept my proposal, then we will both mutually benefit from my project. If you reject my proposal, you shall remain accountable & liable to the conditions of the NDA & NCA.
