NoCarrier, on one of my ads that got nailed with the $10 min. bids, I decided to try their keyword suggestion tool to revive it. So I went in there and put in "<niche> porn" and it generated a few hundred keywords, a GREAT many of them "teen" or "girls" and such.

So I added a whole slew of the suggested keywords and checked my results. I had so many that now had "teen" in them, that I edited the ad text and added teen to it. This made it more relevant of course.

Well, they disabled all of the keywords and disapproved the ad, lmao!
I wrote and complained that they should remove all of their newly banned phrases from their keyword suggestion tool results.

Also, my landing page has zero occurences of teen, or girls or anything related.

On top of all of that, this ad had a 1:88 year to date conversion ratio (first page uniques), 90%+ of all uniques went 3 pages deep to the join page. Now thats not the best ad out there by a long shot, but I'd call it a relevant, quality ad. Now it's shot all to hell because of their new policies..

Oh well, it's their toy, they can take it home so we can't play anytime they want I guess.

It's no longer really fair to call it "paid advertising", but more "paid inclusion".
