I read a few places that you shouldnt ALWAYS be taking them
that you should take a 1 week break after every week that you take it
for those of you who take it, how much and how often do you take? and do you take these week breaks?
I don't know if its psychological, but this stuff really wakes me up, makes me motivated, makes me want to eat more, get up in the mornings and actually do something with my day!
