I caved in and finally agreed to open an epassporte (Ep) account to pay an overseas designer. For some odd reason the designer needed money THAT day and could not get a Pay pal account or WU. Anyway, we all know it?s a bit of a hassle to open accounts with any company with these type services. Like normal you spend time on the phone confirming with your bank or CC company bla bla bla to open an account.

Ep web site is NOT Safari friendly and was a pain at times, but the support was fair and I told them 3x I need to hurry and pay a person and we worked through this. I put in my $750 and Ep took out their fees right from the start ? okay no problem. I ICQ the designer and tell him money is on the way. I go to send him money and press ?send? and a message reads I have to wait 3-5 days to send money! WTF?! Why would you waste peoples fucking time joining and not mention this from the start? WHY NOT mention this before we deposit money? (Ep did NOT wait 3-5 days to take their fees because that was immediate) There was NO mention of the 3-5 day wait on any of the join forms and Ep phone support NEVER mentioned this when they we helping me with Safari browser issues after mentioning 3x I need to send money today!

Now I hop in my rig and roll to the bank and wire the designer money at 4:45 pm on a fucking FRIDAY and then had to pay fees AGIN to wire him money! So now I have tied up $1,500 of the companies money and 3.5 hours of my FUCKING Friday because your company can?t mention ?3-5 days to send money? on the fucking join page. So when I get back from the bank I try to cancel my Ep account and they say the fees are Non-refundable. I asked the support why they do not mention the ?3-5 days to send money? on the join pages and his answer?I don?t know!

So fuck you with your ?perhaps minusonebit is actually a helpful troll to ePassporte.?
Fuck you for wasting my time and money!
Fuck you for taking fees on funds that were NEVER used.
Fuck you for your companies shit business ethics.
