It is a term defined under the Geneva Convention and that used by the US prosecutor in this case and clearly is a war crime under the GC.
What the fuck is this dialog about??? It is you who out of your own agenda raised it - it has absolutely nothing to do with the title of this thread or anything to do with child rape and murders.
