People who are most concerned with their own beauty and are that self absorbed are the ones that have issues, my dear..... not you. I am a middle aged woman, and yes I am fine with this......... and I know I am not an amazingly beautiful woman, I am 38 and have had 4 kids and you know what? I am totally content with my life..... the only thing I would change about my life now is to drop a few pounds..... BUT that is cosmetic and something I am not even worried about...... I got that from bringing 4 of the most amazing children into this world and that's fine by me........ ;)
So don't ever let anyone make you feel bad because they are prettier than you, no matter what their ages are or what they DO....... THEY are the ones harboring issues and trying to make YOU have them too....... you don't even need friends like that. People who go on about how beautiful they are are just plain pathetic to me....... ;)

Thanks you SO much! It is so hard when you are in an industry sich as this one (at least on my side of things)...and someone 'attacks' you unprovoked like that! I was in SHOCK! I quickly dropped that 'friendship', only to have her call me on Christmas Eve, alone and crying begging to come over...yes, I am a sucker, I let her.
