Anyone that told you you wouldn't get any business done at this show either hasn't been to it before or has their own agenda.
How is it not possible to do business with all of those attendees at the same hotel? You'd have to be trying REALLY hard. Sit in the lobby for 4 hours and you'll have as many business prospects as you have at other shows for the entire duration. What you DO with those prospects is another story.
As for hating it down there? Okay, I'd agree with hating the weather.
