Bullshit... There are some COMMON SENSE principles which need to be respected in order to keep doing business and work properly with others.

And yes, Adult.com has enough profits and thus for sure also enough freedom to choose from legit ads placements or business threatening ads...

It's just about HEALTHY COMMON SENSE, not internet watchdog...

So with or without Adult.com advertising it they will of got there product out there for everyone to see.
Sorry, but if ANY party supports this kind of BS with or without advertising, that makes them responsible for the problem we all encounter and will encounter in the futur... Think about it.

Banning the exposure of such programs is better than ignoring the danger and actively/passively displaying such a programm... ;)

I don't support there product, but they sure came up with a idea nobody has done before. And i'm sure they will make some good money if there ass isn't sued off the face of this planet.
Not true. Such a program is found in its simplest form like with using frames, which is almost banned everywhere (at least with most trading sites), not without reason. The program above does precisely that. Framing sites/pages with their own code as header... just in another form. Now that's nothing special, but COMMON SENSE says it's about Abuse of CONTENT (unlicensed) and web authoring code without permission. So who wants that ?

I can't see why anyone would bother suing them, no money in it, and they can block there server IP pretty easy.
At least content providers + sponsors could start taking action since this kind of business at least does harm content providers.

Which sponsor want to see its content hotlinked/abused for a concurrent company like BigPlayers... ?!? Which sponsor wants to feed their competition's mouth ?

Same thing with webmasters. They decide what will be displayed on their sites and by whom. If they don't agree with the program above, they can at least start blacklisting Bigplayers and their related sites.

RIP OFF is RIP OFF, and i hope they won't stay too much around.
