We learned about this in Political Science in college. There is no law that says Americans in the working class pay taxes to the government. The law to enforce that was VOTED DOWN about 90+ years ago. It was never approved. But the government went ahead and did it anyway without the majority vote.

Let me ask you a question:
If you stopped paying taxes on the grounds there was no law saying you had to, would the judge throw you in prison for tax evasion or hear you out so 300 million others could do the same thing?
