thats not correct in the way you are making it sound. he is being tried for specific crimes... not all crimes he ever committed. just because he has not been tried for other crimes or been formally charged and tried does not mean he won't be.. further, i doubt that anyone will see a need given the seriousness of the crimes he is being tried for, the penalties and the fact that the only real reason for the trial is for closure to victems.
