Man, that is fucked up toooo say the least. I would be pissed as hell or even more, which I am sure you are.
Sounds like it is time to move the show to a property that happens to care about what is happening around them and give a shit something.
Surely this is not the have of have all places to have the show. I am sure they would miss the revenue that they get from the industry and then and only then will they realize the term customer service and what it cost them.
