I'm surprised that a hotel like that doesn't have security cameras in the garage.
Maybe the security officer you spoke to just brushed you off to protect his thieving buddies. Try contacting more people higher up on the chain of command.
If even shitty 7-11 stores have security cameras, how could a high end hotel like the Westin not have them?
