I have seen that happen in SB in the past and in summer of 2003 I was in Vegas every weekend when I lived in LA and used to stay at the Palm and I kid you not every weekend someone was taken out on a stretcher from Ghost bar....turned out that people in the bar were doing it to people in the bar then when they passed out they got there walletts
