I've been at Nikki Beach several times and always had a great time there, a lot of drugs are done on that beach, but typically by the users themselves directly.

It was an opened pack of smokes on the wooden table where we were sitting. There were a few packs of cigs laying about.
I don't know of any use of roofies other than date rape, which I do not consider a good time.
