that'll just slow down US webmasters and make all the other webmasters living in the rest of the world more money.
people were making alot more money before TGP's got big, eventually there will be a new site concept that will give away even more that will be more popular than TGP's that the surfers will flock to, and you all will go running to that to give away even more porn... sad.
