So in your operation, communication is like this:
Freelancer -> Rep.
Rep. -> Accounting
Accounting -> no action? no feedback?
Why was he not told something like "It appears you have already been paid" ?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to sling dirt on you, I just want to know how your business run before we start sending more traffic. We are not big, and you probably wont see more than 30-50 sales a month from us, but if this is how your company works, I don't think we will risk it.
