I'm not sure it's available in English, I have it in Dutch. The writer is Robin de Ruiter and the title freely translates to "Bush and the Myth of Al-Qaeda - the Hidden Power Behind 9/11"
I think it was banned in the US actually. Tried to find it on Amazon and the likes but no luck so far.
