On Saturday my buddy Donald from
www.donaldchase.com and I decided to head out of the hotel for a quick bite and catch some sun. On the way there we encountered a Wal-Mart. Ok nothing special about Wal-Mart usually...but this Wal-Mart had Shopping Cart Deterrent stuff installed. Supposedly if you take the shopping cart out of the "perimeter" it will lock up.
