it's not what he posts here that is so helpful, it's what he does once you actually contact him via one of those methods.
did you want us posting your account information on the boards for any issues you are having? i don't think anyone wants that, and if they did it'd be just plain foolish. 
keyser has already told you chris received your email (as did i) and that chris would be responding to it himself. we've been trying to work with you for days now, even through your constant insults. he's the ceo of the company, you could give him a minute.
