Oh great you just announced to everyone that you finally found out what causes war to take place . I'm sorry , but the situation here is a little more complicated than taking examples from ww1 peace agreement .
Many believes , including me , that if the allies in ww1 would finish ww1 the same way they finished ww2 , which means cutting the head of the snake and not leaving it wounded so he can recover and declare war again , in this case ww2 would never take place .
I would also like to be pacifist , to believe that if you get slapped by someone , give him your second chick and he'll become your best friend . History taught us that sometime you have to fight back in order to have you enemy realise that he'll better have peace with you rather then keeping fighting and losing . I'm sure that this what caused Miloshevits to surrender and stop his genocide against the albanians in kosovo , and without the massive nato bombards , he would probablly murder some 1000's more .
