The service comes in when "i" actually "DO" icq him and he takes care of my issues right then and there or gets back to me with answers to questions in a speedy amount of time.
Bottomline man..i know you've been through some shit and I'm not defending epass. There's tons of anti-epass threads here on GFY as is, so we all know there's problems.
The ONLY point i was trying to make is that Keyser is the ONLY thing that has kept myself and others 'somewhat' sane when having to deal with the frustrations of that company when they DO arise.
