I've been with ePassporte 9-10 months now, I suggest everyone verify their accounts most times an account is blocked it could have been prevented if the account had been verified.
Smokey and jayeff the two issue you describe (Statement, pin) unfortunately we are limited by the issuing bank, they don't give more than 30 days statement, thats why we sent out statements on request from card holders, if it was possible we would show a complete statement history.
Jayeff same goes with the pin code being reset.
We are working hard to get the issuing bank to improve these issues.

No one has responded to the e-mail I sent yesterday and CCd both you and Tassy on. I do have a life and as much as this pisses me off, I am not sitting here all day hitting refresh on my webmail to see if you people have finally gotten off your asses and sent a response.
