A) Epassporte isn't a US based company. Good luck suing an international entity (or ANYONE for that matter) over $39. (talk about cost effective)
B) Maybe you should read the TOS you agreed to when you signed up before spouting that you're going to sue. Epass would kick you to the curb in a lawsuit if it came to that even if they WERE US based.
