For those 3 sites on the same server, I would strongly suggest good SCSI drives over ATA drives (much better throughput!). If the budget allows, keep a secondary server as a fail-safe roll over, with lots of backups (the old don't keep all your eggs in one basket rule). The SuperMicro based motherboard certainly gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling. They make kick-ass server-grade hardware.
