there will always be "some" people with no problems, that doesnt make it any better for people with problems..
Because i keep hearing the same problems over and over again with epassporte i cant help but think, either someone is missing something over there or they just dont seem to care.
I love epassporte , great idea , great product , but poor support and paypal-like problems and seemingly unable to listen to customers ( customer support seems to have improved since you and keyzer got on board
).
Maybe you can do me a favour and pass along a suggestion to your boss..
It woiuld be really really really really cool if we could go back more than one month of transactions.. I have lots of credit cards , all with online services , they all have complete transaction history available, some people may not need it but im sure they wont be upset about having "more" features , and it sure would help out your customers a ton.
