Putting tobacco in with your weed is trailer park trash style. Why fuck up the kind taste of good bud with dirty tobacco? Especially since a lot of weed smokers don't smoke cigarettes.
Plus, when you smoke bud, you want to keep the smoke in your lungs for as long as possible. Tobacco makes that difficult and harmful.
