Nope, I only drink water and fruit juice. I wasn't a huge boozer either (had a fagtini on friday nights, and drank wine on occasion with dinner, that's about it).
The doctors think the problem was I only usually ate 1 meal a day (how I've always been). So, acid would build up all night and day in an empty stomach until I ate dinner.
So, I'm now eating small little meals all day long and taking prevacid twice a day. Have to do that for a month until I go in to get re-evaluated. Then I'll probably be down to 1 prevacid a day and breakfast + lunch + dinner. |
